Refund Policy
A short, plain policy: you pay for work, and the point at which that work is delivered determines what can be refunded.
Before work begins
If work on your pitch has not begun, you receive a full refund of the service fee.
Once a pitch has been submitted
Once your pitch has been submitted to the publication’s editorial team, the service fee is earned. The work — pitch writing, submission, follow-up and reporting — has been performed, so the fee is not refundable from that point.
Declined pitches
If a publication declines or does not respond, you still receive the full service and the written outcome report. A decline is not a basis for a refund, because editorial decisions rest with the publication.
Separately sold placements
Refunds for any separately sold confirmed-placement product follow that product’s own written terms, not this policy.
