Terms of Service
These terms explain what PRESSORA sells, what it does not sell, and how editorial decisions work.
What PRESSORA provides
PRESSORA sells editorial pitch preparation and submission services. For each order, we write a bilingual editorial pitch for the publication you select, submit it once to that publication’s editorial team, follow up once, and report the outcome to you.
Editorial decisions
Publication is decided by each publication’s editors and is not guaranteed. PRESSORA has no control over, and makes no representation about, whether a publication will accept, edit, schedule, or publish any pitch.
Separately confirmed placements
Where a confirmed placement is ever offered, it is a separate product governed by its own written terms. No placement is included in, implied by, or promised as part of a $500 pitching order.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information, images and links you submit are accurate and yours to share, and that your materials do not infringe anyone else’s rights. Pitches are written from the material you provide.
No affiliation
PRESSORA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any publication listed in the marketplace. Publication names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the editorial target of a submission.
Fees
The service fee is $500 per publication, per story. Fees cover the service described above and nothing further. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
